Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Tongo mobile app and related realtime translation services provided by SYSTEM ART DESIGN LLC.

1. Service

Tongo provides realtime voice translation, translated text, translated speech, quick phrases, conversation UI, demo access, and subscription-based premium access. Translation quality can vary depending on language, accent, background noise, network connection, provider availability, and other factors.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

Tongo Premium subscriptions may be purchased through Apple using the App Store or, where available, through YooKassa bank card checkout. Apple handles App Store payment processing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment method management. App Store subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

When YooKassa checkout is available, Tongo may offer a 7-day trial. To start that trial, YooKassa may authorize a minimum setup payment so your payment method can be saved for future recurring charges; Tongo then attempts to cancel that setup payment so the authorized amount is returned according to your bank's processing rules. By starting a YooKassa trial, you agree that Tongo may charge the saved payment method after the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

YooKassa billing plans are 199 RUB per week for the weekly plan or 1,508 RUB per year for the annual plan, equivalent to 29 RUB per week. Card details are stored by YooKassa. Tongo stores only the YooKassa payment method identifier, selected plan, subscription status, timestamps, and payment status needed to provide access and process renewals. 3. Demo Access

Tongo may offer limited demo access so users can try the app before subscribing. Demo access may be time-limited, device-limited, or otherwise restricted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Tongo, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected service components, use the app for unlawful activity, or transmit content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Translation Limitations

Tongo is a general communication tool and is not a certified interpreter, legal advisor, medical advisor, financial advisor, or emergency service. Do not rely on Tongo for critical, medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency communications without independent verification.

6. Intellectual Property

Tongo, including its app design, software, branding, and service components, is owned by SYSTEM ART DESIGN LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Availability

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Apple Standard EULA

Unless a custom EULA is configured in App Store Connect, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies to apps distributed through the App Store. You can review Apple's standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
